Not only do they get paid for surfing but you also get credit for a percentage of the time that they spend online. This means that you can get paid just for having people below you surf the web! Where does the money come from? Simple, it comes from the companies in the ads. Large companies often spend over 70% of their revenue on advertising. Instead of them paying a TV station to play a commercial of theirs, they are paying YOU to have their ad run in a small window on your screen! This is just one of my checks from one of the companies for the first month that I signed up. It may not look like much, but it is not bad for just a few weeks of surfing like I would have done anyway. And the checks only get larger from here!

AllAdvantage was one of the very first of such money
making schemes. Currently there are over four million
AllAdvantage members -- and the list gets longer every day. The popularity of this
program is evidence of its potential. Currently, they are paying $0.50 for every
hour you spend surfing the web and have their Viewbar displayed on your computer, for up
to 25 hours a month. You also receive $0.10 for every hour your direct referrals
spend surfing the web and $0.05/hr for indirect referrals (for up to 4 levels). The
only real cons are that you have to be actively surfing the web to earn money and that
they don't send you your money until you earn at least $20. This is just done to
reduce costs for them, and shouldn't be too hard to fulfill monthly.

This company is really great! It has a lower
minimum amount you must earn before getting paid ($15) and a higher maximum number of
hours you can surf (75!!). You can also get money for up to 7 levels of referrals.
That's right!! 7!! They currently expect to pay at least $0.55/hr for 75
hours. May be the highest pay rate out there right now.

Unlimited time on this baby! Surf and get paid
all day long if you wish. This program offers variable rates depending on a
percentage of revenues. They are currently paying out very nice rates. Their
webpage also offers many other things such as Mp3 searches and free webpages. It is
definitely worth signing up to this company!

This program is very similar to AllAdvantage.
The major difference is that there is no set rate. Instead Spedia pays you a
percentage of what their advertisers pay them and instead of measuring strictly by the
number of hours you surf the web, you earn ~ one point per minute you surf the web.
You can use this program for unlimited hours every month! You can also get a free
spedia.net web page and can earn points through this page for every click you get on their
banners. The greatest thing about Spedia is that there is no limit to how much you
can earn. The average pay rate for Spedia has been $0.51/hr.

GoToWorld is slightly different from AllAdvantage.
Instead of just having an advertisement banner displayed on your computer, they
give you a browser that you can use to surf and get credit from them. However, you
do NOT HAVE to use their browser; you can close the browser and just display a small
viewing window like the other companies have. You are paid $0.40 (maximum 40 hours)
for every hour that their browser or viewing window is open and you are online. You
can also earn money off of referrals using this program, but the rates are much better.
You get $0.10/hr for direct referrals, $0.15/hr for the next level of referrals,
and $0.20/hr for the level of referrals after that. Pretty good stuff!

This company currently does not pay quite as much as
the others, but everyday they are working to upgrade their systems and increase their
payouts. Go to their website for their most recent information. It is still
better than nothing; sign up anyway!

Something different! The way this one works is you get
$0.50 for every ten times you visit their page with their tracker on. Also get $0.20
for every ten times your direct referrals visit www.ignifuge.com (through their assigned
tracker URL) and $0.10 for every ten visits your indirect referrals (up to three levels)
make. The maximum number of times you can visit their site in one day is 10 and hits
only count once every ten minutes. You need to earn at least $20.00 before they send
you a check. I like this program a lot. Set the assigned URL as your home
page, and every time you start up your browser you get one point. Get lots of
referrals and it's really nice!
